RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at ebaker1906@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
